Since we're in the middle of upgrading our servers to Plesk it's not currently possible to unarchive accounts. You can download a full backup including all of your files, databases, emails, and all settings from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ Let us know if you need help finding something from within your backup, or if you have any questions.
