This is so sad to hear and so cruel of cPanel. My site wasn't that
important and I will move it somewhere else but the way that the people at
cPanel act is completely unacceptable. You guys should file a lawsuit
against them as charging for $17K all of a sudden is stupid and they
shouldn't behave like this as you guys have been faithful cPanel clients
for a long while. I think you guys switching to Plesk would teach them a
good lesson and they might become faithful again.

I am in full support of HelioHost.

Thanks for being so understanding. After we get everything rebuilt let us know and we can host your website again.
