lucash
Hello, I recently got a VPS to avoid having to wait for Tommy to come back up (also nice to have my own IP) for emails. I've fully configured my VPS to send and receive emails, however the last thing that needs to be done is setup reverse DNS (which I can't do myself). Thus, I'd like to request the IP: 65.19.141.201 to point to: mail.itslucas.win Thanks.
Unknown025
I'll escalate this for our root admins.
Krydos
Our end is set up, just waiting on our ISP to delegate reverse dns control of that /28 to us.
lucash
Sounds good, no problem with waiting.
Krydos
It looks like our ISP finally restarted their nameservers. root@tommy [/home/krydos]# dig +noall +answer -x 65.19.141.201 201.141.19.65.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN CNAME 201.subnet192.141.19.65.in-addr.arpa. 201.subnet192.141.19.65.in-addr.arpa. 14400 IN PTR mail.itslucas.win.
