While I didn't receive an email about a backup I tried but keep getting it does not exist. Can you let me know what is happening as if I log in to heliohost.org with this email (space4u2@aol.com or user receipestation) it goes the forum and if I log in the forum as space4u22 it works. wolstech Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 Try going here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ and entering your username space4u2 (note there's only one 2, your username appears to have been truncated due to the 8 character limit) and your email address. I see the backup in the system on my end under that username and this email address, so you should be able to retrieve it assuming AOL's over-aggressive spam filter doesn't eat the email. If you're unable to receive the automated email from that link, let us know and we can send you an email manually.
