My account was inactive. Could you please help me activate it so I could download the backup?

Your account couldn't be found in the backup database.

You have several options:

  1. Wait until the server is rebuilt. This could take a few months.
  2. Buy a vps and transfer your site there. You can find them here: VPS Plans | HelioHost
  3. Use a temporary host until the server is rebuilt.
