Krydos Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Only active accounts were automatically added to the backup system. Since your account was archived it had to be added manually. You should be able to download it from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ now.

Buy a vps and transfer your site there. You can find them here: VPS Plans | HelioHost Use a temporary host until the server is rebuilt.
