rickalme Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 Hi, I'm trying to put my domain "rickalmeida.online" as the main domain for my account, but the change has no effect. And when I try to add this domain through cPanel, I get an error message saying the domain is already registered in DNS. How do I go about adding it to my account as the main domain? Talk Sick Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 Looks like you are on Ricky. He recently got rebuilt and had a rollback. Your domain probably needs to be cleared from the DNS Cluster. It looks like your software is still trying to redirect to the old domain though so make sure you edit the config file and update the domain there too.
