wolstech Posted May 25, 2021 Share Posted May 25, 2021 It's suspended for being over quota. You have 1000MB of space, but are using 2607MB. It appears to be your mysql databases ballooned for some reason. I'm going to let Krydos handle this only because we recently had issues with another user whose databases did something similar. Krydos Posted May 26, 2021 Share Posted May 26, 2021 Like, Wolstech said your account was suspended for going over the 1000 MB quota. Your database was using up 2.6 GB for some reason. It took 90 minutes but I managed to backup the broken database, and then gzipped it down to 73 MB. The backup is located in your home directory. After I backed it up I deleted the 2.6 GB database out of mysql, but you're welcome to try to create it again and restore the backup. Backing it up didn't cause mysql to crash, it just took an hour and a half to complete. Let us know if you have any problems. Unsuspended. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
