Yeah, it's pretty pointless to install python modules right now. You might want to check out https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/42387-ricky-to-be-upgraded/ and you should have gotten an email about it too. Both Tommy and Johnny have python 2.7 installed so you could move to one of them, or wait for Ricky to be rebuilt and then request your module.
