[Answered] Change domain

Hello everyone,

 

So i just created an account on HelioHost and i have a Tommy server with the domain turtho.fr

If i understand correctly, only "exemple.heliohost.org" are free domains.

If it's the case i would like to change for a free domain but i don't know to do so.

 

Can you help me ?

Use the main domain change script: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/domain.php

And to be clear, you can use example.heliohost.us we dont provide .heliohost.org anymore. Anyone that had the domains before the change can keep it unless they change it

So it's been more than 48 hours now and my domain still didn't change, is that normal ?

What is your new main domain?

it is turtho.heliohost.us

The main domain script doesn't always like the .heliohost.us domains I've been noticing. This is a third one in a week that refused to change from the script or even from the normal admin tools. I had to change it in WHM. 

 

Either way, the domain has been changed and should start working within the next hour or so.

Noted. All the more reason to raise the priority of writing a new main domain change page.
