[Solved] Install Cython modules / Request for using EXE

Hi, is it possible to install either of these modules:
https://github.com/K0lb3/pvrtc_decoder

https://github.com/K0lb3/etcpack

or can you install the PVRTexToolCLI.exe from https://github.com/TimvanScherpenzeel/texture-compressor/tree/master/bin/win32?

My end goal is to decompress .pvr files (compressed texture file) that is compressed in PVRTC_4bpp format and ETC1 format, I can't find any other alternatives that don't use some C code in it

I tried to upload the exe to my cPanel, and add a py file that open a subprocess and call it, but apparent it does not work.

This won’t work here. Cpanel servers run Linux, so they cannot run EXE files (windows applications).

Which version of python are you using?

I am using Python 3.7

I can install lz4 and tex2img but cython is going to be kind of pointless without shell access. I think you need a vps https://www.heliohost.org/vps/
