[Solved] Error: Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain

Hello,

 

I added my domain to "Domains" instead of "Addon Domains" using cpanel.

But when trying to remove the Domain, i get the folloowing error message:

 

Error: Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain

 

Could someone please help me?

What domain needs to be removed?

fritschi.gq needs to be removed, so I can add it at "Addon Domains"

That domain is refusing to be unparked due to a server error. Krydos will need to fix this.
