Unable to send email on my account

Hello. I have just uploaded and testing my script on tommy server. My username is tchesoen and my website is damicotrust.heliohost.org.

When i register as a new user, i dont get any registration email confirmation. I tested the script on local host and everything is working well.

No i dont get any error message. I have tried to run 2 different scripts on the same account but non can send emails

Are the messages just not arriving? What email provider are you sending mail to?

 

Also, do the scripts use mail() to send mail, or something else (e.g. SMTP)?

Yes when a new  user register an account, they dont receive notification mail.  I am using mail() 

I have tested the script on a different host and the email function works well.

My bet is that the email is being marked as spam. What email provider are you sending the mail to? Some like Microsoft and GMX will often refuse mail from us because we frequently get users who host abuse such as phishing.

I bet the emails are being blocked from your side because i have just tested the same script with interserver host and the emails are being delivered with no problem. Kindly confirm.

I see numerous emails from your account to Gmail which are showing as having been accepted by gmail on our end. Gmail is discarding your mail.
