[HH#833428] Problem with postsql

we are trying to connect to another POSTGRESQL server but we are getting

the following error message

 

An error occurred: SQLSTATE [08006] [7] could not connect to server:

Connection refused Is the server running on host "

postgresql-12183-0.cloudclusters.net" (204.2.63.75) and accepting TCP / IP

connections on port 12183

 

then ask them for help to run the following test and tell us their answer

 

psql -h postgresql-12183-0.cloudclusters.net -p 12183 -U procivilsvapp -d

geoportal

 

and one last question : Is it possible to change postgresql version on

heliohost?, thanks you for your help and your time .

Version Apache 2.4.43

Version PHP 7.3.12

Outbound port 12183 is closed in the firewall.

 

Johnny, Ricky, and Tommy are all running postgresql version 9.2.24 which is the highest version our free shared hosting will support. You can install any version of postgresql you want on a vps though.
