To expand on this one a little bit, we automatically ban PUBG sites since 99% of them end up phishing. These accounts are almost always used to host fake game item offers that steal user credentials. GArena "Free Fire" sites are another one we handle similarly. When they get suspended, they will show as phishing, even if they're empty.

 

In fact, it's so common that we explicitly forbid those sorts of sites in the Terms of Service:

 

 

Your site will not offer any service that purports to modify or add game content (e.g. skins or playable items such as weapons) or credits (e.g. gold, coins) to third-party online game accounts.

 

This particular account is empty at the moment. If the OP would like to explain what he plans to host here, I'd be willing to consider allowing him to have the account assuming he complies with our terms of service.
