Sn1F3rt Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 Sign-ups reset at midnight UTC. You have to check with your time zone. Also, you only get a verification email when you signup, and then you're asked to choose the server that you'd like to signup for.

wolstech Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 What time zone are you in? If you're in India as I believe you are, and observe India standard time, our sign ups will reset at 5:30am for you. They fill quickly, so you may need to get up early to get an account.

wolstech Posted August 4, 2020 Posted August 4, 2020 Where exactly are you getting stuck in the process? It's something wrong on your end because we had well over 30 users get an account yesterday before we ran out of space for the day. If you're getting stuck on the server select page with a bunch of "Full" buttons, that just means you're either trying at the wrong time of day, or are too late for that day. You can see when the signups open here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Johnny had accounts available for 4 hours for the 2020-08-04 date. If you're not receiving the email to click the link when you first sign up, please check spam or try a different email provider (Gmail is the best choice). Many providers have our email marked as spam because abuse sometimes ends up hosted here. Also, you only receive ONE email from us, the one with the link you click to verify the email address. We don't send any additional emails regarding a signup.
