[Solved] Change of name

I requested change of name via the portal but it didn't work.

 

Please change my name to:

 

Server: Tommy

Current name: mateekk

New name: azclubco

The only way to change your hosting username is to delete your account and recreate it. The first step is to backup all your data if you're ready to proceed. Let us know once your account is deleted.

Let me explain what I need to achieve .

 

When I create a database in cpanel the prefix is mateekk_ 

I would like it to be azclubco_

You need to delete your account and sign up again. The database prefix is determined by your account username.

Okay. I have used the Delete Account option in my panel and it says it's queued for deletion.
