[HH#139713] Forbidden

Hy, I got a Ricky hosting and it's been about 14hours, at first the website

was showing that it hasn't been activated by heliohost. But now it seems

that it has been activated. The problem is, I have done everything i am

supposed to do on the cpanel but I get this error *(Forbidden*

*You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read

htaccess file, denying access to be safe*

 

*Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an

ErrorDocument to handle the request.)*

 

I have changed my htaccess file and permission over and over but nothing

seems to work. What can I do please ?

Try renaming or deleting your .htaccess.
