wolstech Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 These can sometimes take a day or so to be set up. The process is entirely manual on our end for VPS service. We've been in the shared hosting business for 15 years, but VPSes are a newer (and very low-volume) offering for us, so we haven't automated it. When your request is processed and the VPS has been configured for you, you'll receive a direct email from an administrator (not through the support system) containing information for your new VPS such as IP address and credentials.
