HelioHost Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 Username: deadlyq8, Server: Johnny, Main domain: deadlyq8.heliohost.org Hi,I'm trying to host an application on Jhonny server. I chose it because itsaid it supports JSP. But when I created my account and moved to thecPanel, I found that I had to request for installation of Tomcat. I didclick the request button but then the request status shows "Your account isin the queue to receive java support. Based on the last 30 accounts toreceive java on your server your estimated install date is 2020-08-22.". Isthere any way I can get it faster than the specified time? Username: deadlyq8
Sn1F3rt Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 You could make a $1 donation and have your account moved to Tommy. Honestly, the waiting time on Tommy for Java is much less than that on Tommy. However, if you choose to remain on Johnny you can't help but wait. Java access is given to you when someone loses their access due to the account getting archived or suspended. So when the date you see is a gross estimate, it could be sooner or later too. 1
wolstech Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 For reference, the Java wait on Tommy is showing as being today, so odds are you'd get it within 24 hours on Tommy. That's as opposed to the August estimate for Johnny.
