i think is wordpress thing

 

I'm try another script to move to it

 

and i use new cache plugin may that cause the problem so i well go to the old one temporary

I'll go ahead and escalate this to our root admin Krydos to find a file that causing the issue of making our servers high loaded.

EDIT: If you are currently running a Wordpress, I highly recommend it that you should never ever run Wordpress onto our servers! WP is just really badly written, It's the number one cause of weird errors, suspensions, and even Phishing bans. (usually when the hackers set up phishing on your account) A 500 error with WP is almost always due to installing defective, bloated, or simply too many plugins. It’s really terrible and it throws in a lot of errors and also a lot of hacks. We have a lot of users successfully installing Joomla on their sites and that is recommended.

 

We still let Krydos to dig in your account to investigated.

Since he mentions WP, I suspect Krydos is simply going to point to the WP install's index.php...WP's design makes it impossible for us to give any more detailed information. Nonetheless, let's see what he says.

High memory usage coming from php 7.3. Most likely wordpress.
