[HH#613461] Change Main Domain

Username: ryoung, Server: Tommy, Main domain: ryoung.heliohost.org

 

I just got a Tommy server, please help me to change the main domain. Every

time I add my domain an error message appears like this:

 

"Error: (XID nj4mtt) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address

that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please

transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator

add one of its nameservers to / etc / ips.remotedns and make the proper A

entries on that remote nameservers. "

 

Previously I used Ricky server then to change the main domain, there was no

error. Then I decided to delete the account and then register again to get

the Tommy server, after that I experienced difficulties as I said above.

As for why this happens, eu.org doesn't follow industry standards for DNS propagation, so it won't work as an addon domain. Their domains won't propagate until the hosting company is set up, but our system won't set you up until they propagate. Each side waits forever for the other side to go first

 

The same goes for Brazil's country domain .br...
