Hey I tried to login today but my account was archived because I haven't

logged in for a long time. Krydos un archived it in the past, I need it

done again. Also could you reset my password and email for the account? I

logged in such a long time ago I don't even remember the password and I

switched emails to this new one.

Are you still able to receive email at the old address? If not, and you've forgotten the password, you will need to abandon the account and create a new one. We are unable to send manually reset passwords to any email address other than the one on file.

I just took a look and realized that account can't be restored anyway because the archive is missing.

 

The email on file was Min****@gmail.com, is that email fine for an invite to replace the account or would prefer a different one?
