I already used your service before and I was so happy. Now, I'm back again, due to the current situation I'd like to focus on my projects again. Obviously, I will make a donation as soon as my website is running, I perfectly understand your philosophy and really appreciate what you do. After this small introduction, I am writing to you because in the past I hosted my domain spanish23.com in your servers. Due to my inactivity, my account was removed. The problem is, now, after registering again, I was trying to add my domain spanish23.com to my new account in Ricky server. When I was trying to proceed, the following message popped up: (XID dj6pqg) A DNS entry for "spanish23.com" already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. I kindly ask you to please help my to release the domain in order to allow me to add it to my new account. wolstech Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Try it now. It was one of hundreds of domains involved in an attempted domain hijacking a while back, and was still attached to the banned user's account.
