I recieved the message that my ip was blocked because i was trying to connect with a project account. Request you to please unban my ip. Thanks

Failed SFTP logins. Make sure you use only your cpanel username and password for SFTP. If you use additional ftp accounts feature in cpanel, those accounts should use plain ftp on port 21.
