Guest yikes Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Hello, previous VPS user here. The easiest way is to cancel the current subscription and make a new subscription for the new total amount. Otherwise, add-on subscriptions will get complicated and make it harder for everyone.
Guest yikes Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Sure cancel my VPS. I have no problem.You need to cancel it and then Krydos will refund it and you can sign up for the higher amount. Krydos will then shut down your vps, increase your RAM and them start it back up and let you know when it's up You can look at https://heliohost.org/vps to see what you would need to pay after canceling.
Krydos Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 Sure, go to this link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=PU2JV2MU8R7V8 and create a new subscription for $7.00 which is 2 GB memory, 2 cpus, and 50 GB storage. I’ll cancel and refund your $4.00 subscription once you get the $7.00 set up. Then we can shutdown your VPS, upgrade the memory, and boot it back up.
