I was also unable to login to my Helionet Account for Quick Forum supportand nothing like retrieve my password link on the Helionet.org loginpage... Specifically, it got suspended because of the fake delivery site and UN permit application site on your account. Can you explain why these are on your account? (As a reminder, HelioHost does not condone phishing or illegal activity).

As a reminder, fake delivery services as well as fake websites of any kind (especially those designed to imitate a real company's or government's website) are strictly prohibited and will earn you a phishing ban.
