[HH#483408] My Account Was Suspended and I'm unable to Login to my HELIONET Account for Support

Heliohost Support, please My account connected to this email

aihanunwafestus@gmail.com was suspended. I'm ready to comply to

instructions to return it back to normal.

 

I was also unable to login to my Helionet Account for Quick Forum support

and nothing like retrieve my password link on the Helionet.org login

page...

This account was suspended for suspicious activity.

 

Specifically, it got suspended because of the fake delivery site and UN permit application site on your account. Can you explain why these are on your account?

Can those be simply removed so that I can have access back to my hosting

account.

As a reminder, fake delivery services as well as fake websites of any kind (especially those designed to imitate a real company's or government's website) are strictly prohibited and will earn you a phishing ban.

Thanks Heliohost Support. I have opened a new account and promise to abide

by the rules.

 

On the old account I have my portfolio and I'll love to retrieve it because

I don't have the files saved anywhere or backed up.

 

Please I'll be grateful if I can get just that back.

The file FeshibabaResume.zip looks like it contains the code you need for this and has been placed in the home folder of your new account.
