[HH#367741] Email is not being validated

I have tried multiple times to validate my email address but whenever I

click on "Validate Email" button which opened a new tab with verifying link

but instead of verifying email the link redirected to signup page.

Please help me with this.

After you click the link in your email it should take you to the signup page so you can choose a username, main domain, etc.
