[Solved] Remote DB Access Please

Just signed up.  I would like to connect my db client and applications from IDE to the DB.  

 

My account is brook (brook.heliohost.com).  The database is brook_docketdynamics.

 

I would like to be able to connect from any IP if possible.

 

I'm not sure if this is the correct way to make support tickets, if this is not the correct method, please let me know.

What database are you trying to connect remotely? PostgreSQL or MySQL?

 

Also, it's heliohost.org.

Yes. It's not set up yet though. Our other root admin Krydos is the one who handles these, so you'll need to wait for him to respond.

nvm.  typo in my user.  its case sensitive.
