[HH#178385] I need help installing a SSL certificate in my control panel

I have a custom certificate autorothy for my website and I have the csr,

private key and the certificate file, but in the installation process

there's an error asking for the CA Bundle, how can I get it to install my

certificate?

You can't manually install a self-signed certificate (which is what you have there) because the server can't validate them. You could go through the hoops of making a CA bundle so the server would accept it, but doing so is completely pointless because no matter what you do and whether or not you get it to install, everyone who visits your site will get a security warning with that certificate anyway.

 

My recommendation is enable AutoSSL on your domains and let the server get you a real certificate from Comodo/Sectigo.

Also, looking at your account, I would advise changing your contact email address. You should NEVER host the contact email address on the account itself. In the event you forget your password, the server crashes, or anything else occurs that requires we send you an email, a self-hosted contact email means you won't be able to recover your account and will lose your data.
