[Solved] How can I connect to my DB remotely?

So I'm trying to use HelioHost to host my DB. My API is on Heroku and the DB will be on HelioHost, but how can I access my DB remotely? Can you give-me a way to access?

 

My user of Postgres is gustavol_biblioteca_bispo

And my DB name is gustavol_biblioteca-bispo
