This got suspended because a very similarly named account from the same part of the world phished. We assumed they were connected and banned all of them.

no this is my account and suspended by human mistake i have plan to use this account for my school website where we all friends in classroom discus our homework and school work please unsuspend my account

The Tommy account costcowh contains a money transfer phishing website and cannot be unsuspended. However, the empty account costcow1 on Johnny can be recovered because it's empty (they're nearly identical in terms of email address/IP/domain). Is this the correct account?

The one you listed in the original post doesn't exist, and the similarly named one on Tommy can't be recovered because it has phishing content on it.
