itachien Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 hello sorry i caused trouble.my IP was blocked because i tested if is possible run filezilla and after few try i was blocked (2-3 times try connect through filezilla). my account is itachienc and my IP start 94.xxx.xxx.xxx. thank you for your assist and for your services. your hosting is the best !

jhm52 Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 hi, same issue here, my IP has been blocked and I cant access the cpanel anyomore due to apparently too many failed attempt at loging in with wrong password on FTP using filezilla (though it's the same password i use to log on cpanel)here is my ip 1.32.68.34can you unblock it
