wolstech Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 Apache has now restarted but this is still broken. I'm guessing there's something wrong with the Apache config for either your or the other user's account. I would've expected removal and reading to fix it, but it didn't for some reason. Let's have Krydos take a look.
Krydos Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 Before I can help you need to change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=radioretroperu.com&rec=NS
retrope Posted January 22, 2020 Author Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) Hi, sorry for the delay. DNS have been changed to Heliohost DNS.I have seen that it works only with http, I need to enable it to accept secure connections (HTTPS). Thank you. Edited January 22, 2020 by retrope
retrope Posted January 22, 2020 Author Posted January 22, 2020 Hi! thanks for answering. Yes, now the website is available on "https". One last question, after 3 months of validity of the certificate, should I renew it? Or is this renewal automatic?
Krydos Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 It will automatically renew itself as long as you don't block http access to the .well-known directory.
retrope Posted January 22, 2020 Author Posted January 22, 2020 (edited) it is understood. Well it has been a very long day for me with this experience. THANKS to all who supported me from very early to solve this problem. So here we come, I close my post and I consider it solved. A hug and again, thank you very much!
