[Solved] Enable remote access to PostgreSQL

I need use the Postgres with any origin.

 

My database configuration:

 

Server: johnny

Base : anielcrz_falaufs

User  :  anielcrz_base

Thanks for enable.  How soon does access become available? Do I need any more security settings?

Unable to connect to server:
