Username: ceomega, Server: Ricky, Main domain: clubofome.ga

 

Dear HelioHost Support,

 

I have the following trouble: I'd created an account attached to an

username (*adminga*) and email address (*admin@clubofome.ga

*), but I had to delete this yesterday. So I have

recently created another account with a different username (*ceomega*) with

the same address; but every time I log in for the new account, it redirects

to the old one, which it hasn't removed totally yet (it seems like this

account wasn't been deleted: it appears "We're sorry, but we either could

not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active.

Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.").

 

My question is: how may I remove completely my previous account (adminga)

in order to use my new one (ceomega), both with the same email address?
