[Solved] Problem adding domains

(XID 7bucyw) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

This is a known issue. Most external domains currently cannot be added due to a DNS problem.

 

Krydos has been needing examples of broken domains, so I'll leave this alone for him to look at.

The fix should apply to any domain. Users mostly complain about freenom domains since that's the most common registrar here, but the issue and fix should apply to all external domains regardless of registrar.
