can you please check why i cant reach my vps: 216.218.192.170 after reboot?

How long has it been after the reboot? It might take some time for it to work again.

It appears to be working, and it responds with a login prompt when you ssh to port 22. Is it still not working for you?

Its working. Maybe it had something to upgrade so it needed longer to

reboot.
