Connection Problem

I'm trying to connect using cPanel with my account on Ricky, but it seems that i can't make it through, a message is displayed saying that this site in unaccessible.

It would be amazing to identify the problem here.

If it's just cpanel, odds are it's the network you're using to access it blocking traffic on port 2083 (pretty common for work/school/public networks). You're not blocked on our end.

 

Try a different internet connection like a cell phone data plan and I'd bet it'll work fine.

You could also scroll to the bottom of the page at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and click insecure login. That way of accessing cpanel runs on port 80 which is surely open. Obviously it's not secure though.
