nox Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 Hello, I am having troubles with the WAR deploying process on my Java-enabled account. I can upload my WARs properly, and they show up in the available WARs to be deployed. But whenever I deploy a WAR, the currently deployed WAR gets undeployed and the new one gets deployed. I know Tomcat7 allows multiple WARs deployed at the same time and I'm wondering why I can't do that from the cPanel interface. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I haven't got it to work so far. Thanks for your help. nox Quote
wolstech Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 This is by design. Users are limited to one WAR file at a time on our shared hosting plans for load reasons. If you need more, I would recommend buying a VPS: https://heliohost.org/vps/ With a VPS, you have full root access and can run whatever you wish. The cheapest option should be able to handle a few Java applications, but I would recommend adding a second GB of memory since Java is rather heavy on RAM. Quote
