Byron Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 Disregard my last post. You'll need to park that domain again.
HelioHost Posted October 4, 2019 Author Posted October 4, 2019 I cannot find "parked domains" under CPanelI used the instructions from the wiki:https://wiki.helionet.org/Parked,_Addon_and_Sub_Domains But I found: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domainAnd already made the request there, is that correct? HelioHost Posted October 4, 2019 Author Posted October 4, 2019 I attempted to add: tecangels.comTo aliases, and I get: There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias.Park::park failed: (XID cjtgt7) A DNS entry for "tecangels.com" alreadyexists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers inthe DNS cluster to proceed. Where can I fix this? Byron Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 Try again now. And you'll probably have to set the nameservers to: ns1.heliohost.orgns2.heliohost.org Once it's parked, you can set it back to cloudflare
HelioHost Posted October 4, 2019 Author Posted October 4, 2019 Last time I changed the nameservers, *I could not access my email for 10days*.Can you: ... add one of its nameservers to */etc/ips.remotedns* and makethe proper *A* entries on that remote nameserver? Byron Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 (edited) I was able to park it for you. The system successfully parked (aliased) the domain “tecangels.com” on top of the domain “[redacted].heliohost.org”. Edited February 29, 2020 by flazepe
