Username: [redacted], Server: Tommy, Main domain: [redacted]

Hi,

*User = [redacted]*

I did not get an email reminder to login to my account for two months, so I
guess my account was closed.
I received the email to re-enable it (also was able to get the backup
download) and restored the account.
It's been over 24 hs and it still forwards to:
http://tecangels.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

*I have not changed the DNS servers* (*just like they were before it was
cancelled*).

Any help appreciated,
John

I cannot find "parked domains" under CPanel

I used the instructions from the wiki:

https://wiki.helionet.org/Parked,_Addon_and_Sub_Domains

But I found: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

And already made the request there, is that correct?

I attempted to add: tecangels.com

To aliases, and I get:

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias.

Park::park failed: (XID cjtgt7) A DNS entry for "tecangels.com" already

exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in

the DNS cluster to proceed.

Where can I fix this?

Try again now. And you'll probably have to set the nameservers to:

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

Once it's parked, you can set it back to cloudflare

Last time I changed the nameservers, *I could not access my email for 10

days*.

Can you: ... add one of its nameservers to */etc/ips.remotedns* and make

the proper *A* entries on that remote nameserver?

I was able to park it for you.

The system successfully parked (aliased) the domain “tecangels.com” on top of the domain “[redacted].heliohost.org”.
