HelioHost Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A My website www.rdkss is not working and has being of a number of weeks canyou get it working again I paid a lot of money for this website and losingbusiness and money by the day all previous attempts to contact thishelihost company has failed hardly ever answer Facebook messenger orphone.tried links you have sent all to no avail.this is just so dam badjust says server down for last 3 months I will be given you a nice reviewand it wont be in 3 months time for god sake it carnt be that difficult toget my website working

Also, I'm not sure what you mean about support via phone or facebook messenger, as we don't offer either type of support (we do have a phone number, but it is SMS only). Support for our service is generally handled via email, our forums, or Discord.

wolstech Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 I just figured it out...the domain is just a URL shortener that redirects to us. It's in our system as mcsdev.heliohost.org since he used a redirector instead of actually adding the domain to his account. The account in question appears to be "mcsdev" on Tommy. That account is no longer functional because the server failed. A backup of the contents is available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ In addition, an invite for a Ricky account has been sent to the address on file due to the inconvenience.
