alfonso Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 Username: AlfonsoServer: TommyLogged in several times but the page always shows it's under maintenance, then suddenly after logging in recently to check if it's still under maintenance, I found my account deactivated! It says due to inactivity (But hey! I tried accessing the panel several times at several days but the Tommy server is always down) is it my fault if I can't log in by that time because of your maintenance?
Sn1F3rt Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 It's not your fault. Tommy is being rebuilt, so it's been formatted. After he's back, an announcement will be made following which you can recreate your account.
Flaze Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 He'll recieve an invitation link. If he already made a new account, he can request a server move.
wolstech Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 That inactivity message is because we deleted the account as part of the rebuild. That database was cleaned up last night. The login form won't show a maintenance message anymore because the system no longer knows you were on Tommy. It only knows that your account does not exist (which will display an inactive or non-exist message).
alfonso Posted August 27, 2019 Author Posted August 27, 2019 So when will I be able to use it again?Downloading the back-up shows there is no back-up found. What will I do then?
wolstech Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 What was the account's username? I can manually email the backup to the address on file.
