wolstech
Ricky is rather overloaded at the moment: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ That's a lot of blue...
robev
Okay my account is all created on Ricky. Thank you. It'll be moved to Tommy once the new drive is installed?
flazepe
Yes. Either that or you'll receive a Tommy invite.
wolstech
You'll likely need to request moving them, as we aren't tracking who wants to move back, who even made a Ricky account, etc. Once Tommy is online again and public registrations open, feel free to ask to be moved back to Tommy. robev
One more problem. I had a couple of add-on domains for my account and when I tried readding them I got this error: (XID vsadmq) A DNS entry for “studioussoftware.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The add-on domains are studioussoftware.com and parshaponders.com
Byron
studioussoftware.com and parshaponders.com have been cleaned up.
robev
Thank you, that worked. Two more issues I'm noticing: http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org works, but my domain that I purchased http://robbiewolfe.ca isn't working. I get robbiewolfe.ca’s server IP address could not be found. Is this an issue with my domain host (GoDaddy)? Also, my SSL isn't working for studioussoftware.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org and parshaponders.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org. Do I just have do wait until AutoSSL kicks in? It says it's self-signed, unlike robbiewolfe.heliohost.org where it says AutoSSL Domain Validated Edited August 22, 2019 by robev
wolstech
Did you add that domain back to your account under Aliases? The DNS entries are missing and I don't see any sign its registered to an account. If you already added this domain to your account, try removing it, then add it again to recreate the entries. Self-signed cert means AutoSSL didn't run yet, or that it has failed to run. Give it 24 hours, and if it hasn't gone away by then, we can manually run it for you. robev
Thank you. I must have missed that step. Now robbiewolfe.ca displays the Account Queued page, even though robbiewolfe.heliohost.org doesn't. Is that normal? I tried refreshing my cache. Sn1F3rt
Naturally, it is. Your main domain is working fine. Your new domain will start working when Apache restarts on Ricky again.
robev
I believe it's been over 24 hours and AutoSSL still hasn't run. SSL also isn't working for robbiewolfe.ca
Sn1F3rt
That's due to high server load. It will run when Apache restarts next on Ricky.
