When I login to HelioHost > cPanel > Java I see that for some reason I no longer have Java support for my account. I requested support and now see a message that the estimated install date is two weeks from now. I was hoping to have my Java support re-instated, if possible. I'm not sure why it was removed.

Do you use Java frequently? Non use may lead to it's removal.

Or was your account archived recently?

These are the possible reasons.

I noticed that a lot of accounts lost their java access recently on Tommy. This is likely due to the tomcat downtime we've had recently. It shouldn't take a full two weeks to regain your access.

What does it mean to have an archived acount?

FYI an archived account means that your account has been sort of zipped for not logging in to heliohost.org once in 30 days.

Techincally an inactive account is one that hasn't been logged in to for over 30 days. An archived account is one that has had the inactive status for at least 30 days, or 60 days since the last login.
