Could u plz configure my email account

Hello

 

I would like if an administrator or moderators could do this for me in my email account.

 

My user name is:

Sylvain

 

I'm on the server:

Tommy

 

My Domain is:

http://sylvain.heliohost.org

 

Why i ask some admin or moderator?

 

I dont want to try things that would be not good or correct on the server. My knowledges is very small, and affraid to not do it correctly!

 

What i would like:

 

When i enter my e-mail account "noreply@sylvain....." that i can send messages. (But cant receive messages).

 

To respond to peoples that have writen me.

 

Why?

 

By protection of the servers as "Virus attatchement" or some auto-robot sending "mass" e-mail messages.

 

This email of mine "noreply@sylvain..." would have at the end some message signature as:

 

"Note this e-mail cant receive messages. Please use the contact message form to write."

 

Also in the past, if i remember a moderator have helped me to have some contact form with "captcha". If you could check if it is ok?

 

Please tell me when it's done, so i can test it by trying to write some message to: noreply@sylvain...

 

I care of the servers and care for the peoples related to heliohost, that's why i ask. Specially with my minor knowledges.

Just letting you know, no need to rush for me.

 

Beside the servers seem these days to be down.

 

So i think of all the peoples here on Heliohost that have a website.

 

It is more important to help with the servers.

What I would do is create the noreply email address like any other email address, and then add a rule that all received emails get immediately deleted. This way you don't have to worry about your email address taking up your storage.

Here is the things (steps) i have done i wonder if i have correctly done??

 

first step

 

From my cpanel i choose "Emails accounts"

Beside my email account and click the button "more"
then i choose the option "access webmail"

I then choose the mail option "horde" it open the menu

I then choose the option "Mail" then the sub option "Filters"

I then see the option "Existing Rules"

I click on the option "Blacklist"

From it i choose the option "Delete message completely"

I enter nothing in the big rectangle asking:
"Enter each address on a new line"

(Because i want that i cant receive any messages from any ones)

I then click on the "Save" button

I then Logout from the email

 

When i come back to my cpanel and click on "Email accounts", i see two icons on the left of my "noreply@sylv...."

The first one by over passing my mouse i see the messages "Can send and can receive mail"

 

There must be something i dont do correctly??

 

I think it should be writen:

Can send and cannot receive mails

 

There must be something i do wrong??

I have tryed an other option and i wonder if it has been done correctly??

 

When i am into Cpanel and go to "Email accounts" i see the email noreply@sylv.......

 

Clicking on the right side the button writen "More" i see this option: "Suspend Incoming Mail". I choose this option

 

Did i do it correctly??

I have tested and i can send messages, i have put some signature telling that the e-mail cant receive messages.

 

Suspending the incoming messages, is the only way i have found. This for sending and not receiving.

 

But i hope that i have done correctly with my small knowledges??
