PHP version too old

my php version 5.6, I can't change my php version, muiltiphp can't open, instead blank pages, what should I do?

What do you mean “Muitiphp” option can’t open? You should able to change it. Could you send us a screenshot of what is it look like please?

Also, maybe try to open a different browser and see if that works. Because sometime the browser is weird.

It's got to be a browser or computer issue on his end. It works fine for me...

 

If you can't get it to work, this can also be set using an .htaccess file. I can post instructions for that method if needed. Please let me know.

I faced the same problem.

Multiphp page only shows content if the paper lantern theme (right on the cpanel) is selected - what was happening was that this selector was always "loading" and not actually showing the theme selected for the cpanel.

So if you see the loading sign there click and choose paper lantern. After go the multiphp page. Worked for me, twice.

Oh, I didn't realize there was still a way to even get the old X3 theme. That isn't supported anymore.

 

We removed the option for it, but if you're somehow still on that theme anyway, you'll need to change it to paper_lantern for it to work.

my laptop is broken, today I created an account on the Ricky server. to find out if my smartphone browser has errors. on ricky multiphp is normal, dont worry I have asked to delete it today.

In that case, it's probably a bug in the old version of cPanel that Tommy is running.

 

We did discuss updates in a recent meeting, but as of now, those won't come until after the Sparkie fundraiser makes goal since we need the new hardware first (we have to have a server where we can put the Tommy accounts while Tommy is rebuilt).

I had a guy on discord report that the multiphp button would just load a blank page. The solution for him was to disable his adblocker, and then it started working just fine.

 

Oh, I didn't realize there was still a way to even get the old X3 theme. That isn't supported anymore.

There is an x3 imitation theme called paper_lantern retro that looks the same as x3 used to, but is actually paper_lantern still.

I highly recommend that you should switch to “Retro” style page for now until we make a 100% fundraiser goal for our new server named “Sparkie”. Because we need to have a server so we can put all Tommy Accounts while we’re updating our Tommy Server.
