Krydos Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 There's really nothing we can do while you're using cloudflare's nameservers. Did the domain work before you started using cloudflare? Have you asked cloudflare for support? The easiest way to use cloudflare is to get your domain working with our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, and once everything is working correctly then have cloudflare copy our working settings. Since I don't have access to cloudflare I can't even tell if that domain is hosted by us, which is kind of the point. tl;dr: Use our nameservers, and we can provide support, or continue using cloudflare's nameservers and ask them for support.
wolstech Posted April 11, 2019 Posted April 11, 2019 Krydos pretty much explained the issue with supporting CF. Based on your screenshot though, you're missing tons of records anyway (mostly CNAMEs for www, ftp, cpanel, mail, etc.). Do as he suggests and point it to our servers to get it all working, then let CF copy the working settings. That fixes most of the CF issues we see.
gaming Posted April 12, 2019 Author Posted April 12, 2019 Its all good Cloud flare was having an issue it has been resolved thank you
gaming Posted April 12, 2019 Author Posted April 12, 2019 Also I was curious if I could get bzip2 enabled on my account? I am installing and testing an application and it is a requirement for it to work
wolstech Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 The BZip2 PHP module? What version of PHP are you using (5.6 already supports it, it can probably be added to other versions by request)?
