[Solved] PostgreSQL remote access

I need remote access to the postgresql database from any ip. 

 

Server: tommy.heliohost.org

Postgresql user: "ducquang_dev" and "ducquang_user"

Postgresql database: "ducquang_quanlytrangtrai"
