Username: frimkron, Server: Tommy, Main domain: frimkron.heliohost.org

 

Hi

 

Sorry to bother you. I was wondering if I can transfer ownership of my

account.

 

I currently have an account on Tommy, username "frimkron" and email "

mfrimston@gmail.com". However I would like to remove my login and transfer

the account to a different username and email address ("pynw" and "

pythonnw@gmail.com"), if this is possible.

 

I don't mind whether you change the credentials on the current account or

delete my account entirely and send a new invite; I have everything backed

up.

 

If you need any info from me please let me know.

My old account is now queued for deletion.

Hi

 

Unfortunately something went wrong when I tried to create the new account.

I used the invite link and entered my details, but the account just stayed

in the "pending creation" state for about 24 hours and eventually went away

altogether.

 

Sorry to be a pain, but could you please re-send the invite?

Byron already sent you a new invite, but for your information, based on the time I'd suspect your first one failed because the server was down due to the disk being full at that time. That issue has since been fixed.

I saw you tried to sign up again under your new username. Unfortunately the server is currently experiencing issues related to being out of memory, so the creation failed.
